Since we have some new managers around, I thought it would be helpful for vets to share some of their observations about how each attribute effects a glad's performance. Any veteran managers out there feel free to chime in and add to these observations.

STRENGTH
Boosts attack power for strength-based weapons
Increases damage done by strength-based weapons
Increases how much equipment a Glad can carry before being penalized
Increases HP slightly
Increases Parry rate and effectiveness
Increases Armor Penetration

INTELLIGENCE
Increases Skill learning rate
Increases timely use of offensive skills in combat (like keeping opponents off-balance)
Increases timely use of defensive skills in combat
Increases Initiative and skill in keeping initiative
Increases Parry ability and Defensive ability
Increases efficiency in managing one's endurance

AGILITY
Increases number of attacks per round
Increases initiative
Increases defense
Increases attack power of agility-based weapons
Increases damage of agility-based weapons
Increases accuracy of attacks
Increases ability to get up off the ground
Increases ability to escape entanglement

STAMINA
Increases endurance
Increases chance to train attributes
Increases hit points moderately
Increases how much equipment a Glad can carry before being penalized
* Possibly influences "will-rolls" such as whether your glad will give up or keep fighting after HP drops below 25%

SIZE
Increases hit points significantly
Greatly increases how much equipment a Glad can carry before being penalized
Small size increases defense
* Seems to increase damage - especially from strength-based weapons
* Seems to increase armor penetration rates or at least boosts attack power significantly

PRESENCE
Increases life protection rate
Increases kill rate
Decreases opponent's initiative
Increases your ability to steal the initiative
* Seems to influence how many ratings points a glad gets from a fight (a much more significant factor in blood gods)

CHI
Increases critical hit rate
Increases critical hit damage and multiplier
Increases chances of triggering "mystical" abilities
* Some say it gives an overall boost to fighting ability

LUCK
Increases skill learning "lucky" rolls
Increases rate of arena token drops
* Seems to increase chance-rolls like knockout rate, escaping bonds, triggering defensive skills, etc.
* Increases chances of opponent stumbling, fumbling, etc.

* - Indicates I'm not sure about this effect, but I suspect it.

Other veterans please feel free to contribute your thoughts to this thread

High Presence can give an extra attack.

I guess it because i've seen few times a Rage makes four attacks using two-handed weapon (it seems, it's impossible just at berserk rate).
Extra attack looks like "GLADIATOR looks at the crowd as he hurtles around the battle field." and such.
