"Strike" fighting style

What does the Strike fighting style do for Slayers? Unless I'm missing on something there is no trigger description for it.

Strike: A very offensive fighting style that uses patience, discipline and speed to inflict critical hits and destruction.

It's in the help text, looks like it's missing in the descriptive text below the strategies though.
