Items when retiring

I'm just curious... do you guys keep the items from your retiring glad or do you let your glads have them til they retire??

that depends on you. If you have vault space and the gear isn't soulbound then keep it. If it's soulbound then I sell it. You can leave gear on retired glads but once you remove a piece you can't re-equip it so you'll need vault space for it or another glad to use it.
