Legendary Equips where?

My HoL slaves finally reached Primus again and lo behold, I found some glads with almost entirely Legendary equips. But how? last time it's very hard to just obtain 1 Legendary Equip but now they have full equips? NOT FAIR!

The gauntlet and the underbelly. You've been able to do them for over a year now and win legendaries.

Also, you can just keep doing them over and over if you really want to grind out legendary gear.

Is the only chance of receiving legendary items in Nightmare mode?

Yes, hard only gives epics. Soulbound epics and legendaries are nightmare-only.
