Death from above

My glad has this skill to almost lvl 8, and i have never seen him use it. Never.
Million fights in arenas, tavern, black market and not one death from above.

Can someone tell me how to use this skill? What i have to do ?

What is your strategy? If you are telling your guy to tank all the time or to be very inactive, you won't see it in a million more fights. At level 8, it should trigger reasonably often with offensive strategy.

Yes, he is mostly tanking.
Should I place that parry style?

Parry is also a defensive strategy - if you want to see your offensive skills trigger regularly, you have to use Slash/Bash/Lunge (depending on your weapon). Parry-X will also activate your offensive skills but not very often before they are trained to 9/10 at least.
