Fight sequence

Something is not quite right with the fight queue it seems, at some point it resets itself or starts repeating fights for whatever reason. Isn't it supposed to continue uninterrupted?

That seems to happen when managers leave blood gods or return. The fight queue gets a bit wonky trying to compensate for the added glads or the missing glads.

Even if so, it doesn't result in a good setup if you get matched against a gladiator who normally beats your fighter twice in a quick succession - one ends up getting more loses that he would normally have and the other wins more than he normally would.
