Interesting...especially since Merc One is a Rage and doesn't have access to Down and Dangerous. Sure sounds like a glitch to me since all Rages seem to activate skills from the ground now.

That would be a bug, thanks for notifying me. I've uploaded a fix for this. Please let me know if you still see gladiators without D&D using skills from the ground.
