Strengths & Weaknesses of different builds.

I tend to search the forum quite a bit and still find myself asking numerous questions. LOL.
A while back I came across a thread that told what a given build should do well against and what builds were best to avoid in challenge.
(for instance) Power War good against Defensive Theatrics, bad against Speed Rage.
Does anyone happen to know the Title of such a thread or even the section it might be in?
