Heavy Armor?

What stats would you suggest for Strength, Stamina and Size for a War before using Heavy Armor?
Is there a gladiator level, or a level of competition you would go to before using it?

For a non-HoL gladiator, something like 70-75 Strength, some 70 Stamina and 70-75 Size is OK. Of course - the more, the better. A HoL-tier slave should have at least 10 more for each of these.

As for when to start using it... you can try right from level 1 with decent results, if your strategy is set up to cope with all the weight (don't go for high activity/bloodlust in other words). Armour Movement is obligatory if you don't want to become VERY slow from one point on and Light as a Feather on top of it will allow you to wear 80-100% heavy suit and still be able to attack fairly often, except against the hardcore speed builds (speed Theatrics and Rages with fast weapons will hit you at least 5-6 times before you even get to act once).
