Items with ranks

Did some low level gauntlet runs and found low level green item with ranks:

Padded Leather Sleeve of Ru-Uor
(Soulbound)
Light Armour Weight 1.2
Arm
11 Armour
Durability Polished
Item Level 10
Specialties: Rage, War, Theatrics
Equip: Increases extra damage rank by 14
Equip: Increases life protection rank by 11
Equip: Increases crit rank by 7

Didn't take the item but still it was surprise to find such item at low levels :cool:.

'Fabled' item rewards in gauntlet seem to have these ranks possible

That's been around since... the introduction of the Gauntlet. :)
