In those 2 minutes between the fights vs Razael, Belaca had 42 fights, and as far as I could see Belca did not win any bundles of fight tokens in the street games. But he did win alot of other stuff so I guess he couldve won alot of 1 and 2 token prizes.
As a comparsion I rolled 15 times for Razael this morning without winning 1 singel fight token :(

And the reason this caught my eye was that Razael had about a 100 point lead on Belca in the rankings and when i logged back in Belca suddenly had a 300 point lead on Razael and i just cannot understand how it happened.

I've still never been to the Blood Gods bracket myself. And I know a lot is different there from the rest of the brackets. But can't you still use trophies to buy more fights?

yes but not in the top 10, and Belca was ranked # 8 at that time and moved up to rank # 7

I did a run of 500 trophies in the streetgames to see how high the chances of scoring the 2k bgp or an orange item prize was. I got 1 (crappy for belca) orange item in total. The extra fight tokens were a nice bonus.
When you roll for trophies unless it's a huge prize or a purple equipment piece it doesn't shout out the prizes on chat and yes he did get quite abit of 2-4 extra arena tokens whilst rolling.

Thanks for catching that. I thought I had royally screwed up there, but it was just a typo on the first set of numbers.

If you got 1 orange item in 100 rolls, then you beat the odds. Maybe your gladiator has a high luck stat and benefits in more "extreme" rolls at the street games.

Actually, it only shouts out when you win something using squids for your roll. any rolls made with trophies will not get announced, regardless of what you win.

Prinny, would I be correct in saying that winning extra fight tokens let you get above the 8 fight cap? I've never tried this out because I dont want to waste tokens.

You are wrong on that apoc, the epic items and legendary that Belca won did get shouted out on chat although they were won with trophies. Amon however won a different orange item with trophies and that didn't get shouted out. it's not a 100% waterproof system :p

Yup it let's you get above the 8 fight cap, however I wouldn't advice not using em straight away to get under the fight cap again as im not sure wether you sitll get the normal fight tokens or not. I think there is a cap of 8 tokens that you can earn by waiting and the extra tokens get added to a seperate counter kindof like the extra training points earned by some glads at the end of the season, if they don't use em those dont disappear either.
