Greetings Pit Masters!

As some of you know the forums were down for a few hours after some fun loving internet citizens decided to exploit a bug in vBulletin on our humble community forum and decided to change the home page to one more to their liking. :) I've just finished cleaning and upgrading things and we should be all good now. I do not believe there is any reason for further concern, however, if you have any questions feel free to send me a PM and I'll do my best to answer them.

You may now go back to your regular scheduled arena battles!

Good luck in the Pit!

I see the forum is back up, however PoW forum link is redirecting to the "forum is down" notice.

The in-game links (before and after login) point to http://forum.pitofwar.com/ which are not working.
The link http://forum.pitofwar.com/forum.php is working.
The 'Todays Posts' link isn't there, although the link forum.pitofwar.com/search.php?do=getdaily&contenttype=vBForum_Post (http://forum.pitofwar.com/search.php?do=getdaily&contenttype=vBForum_Post), which I had bookmarked earlier, is working.

The maintenance page should no longer be showing, if it is try and clear your browser's cache. If it is still happening please let me know.

Good luck in the Pit!

Great that it's back up! 1 Question though, is the What's New? page going to stay like this or will it be changed back to how it originally was before the fun loving internet citizens stopped by and threw a party? I kinda liked the old one alot more...:p

The "activity stream" is a new feature that is turned on by default. It actually was set up to be the main homepage and that really didn't sit well with me so I moved it to where it is now. At first I didn't like it, but I figured I'll leave it there and give it a fair shot and see how others like it. If you want the same functionality as the old "what's new" you actually just need to click on "New Posts" right under the Forum and What's New links at the top. All the same functionality is there it just moved to new links and some new features were added as well. Give it a test drive for awhile and then we can decide what to do later.

Good luck in the Pit!
