The name could be different of course. :)
The idea is to have another stable upgrade where the training points of the gladiators which no longer need them (like all these lvl 50 Olympians who earn dozens of them each day) - or for some unfathomable reason prefer to skip the training for the day - can be transferred to gladiators from the same stable who are not fully trained yet. Of course this will speed up the training of lower level fighters significantly so it needs to be balanced somewhat. For example, the training points transfer ratio could be something like 4:1 (i.e. for each 4 training points of the "mentor", the "trainee" receives 1), the training process could consume energy and the amount of training points transfered per day could be limited to a fixed, level-dependant amount (5 points for levels 1-15 of the "trainee", 10 for levels 16-30, etc.).
What say you?

that would lead to some ridiculous power leveling. While it'd be nice for maxing out newer glads (god damn I'd like this!), I dont think that it is fair on newer players. There is already a bit of a gulf when comparing memberships vs no membership, but that is a choice a new player can make, and be on an even playing field with training points.

If it is properly balanced, it will not lead to any "ridiculous power leveling" at all. Some 10-15 extra training points per day will speed up the training of the new gladiators but will not make them viable candidates for the Blood Games awards immediately when they become eligible for entrance, nor will make them totally unbeatable for the gladiators who are too new to benefit from the "mentoring". The really fresh players who start the game now already have almost no chance to make any use of their initial fighters, given that the top brackets are full of HoL slaves so the first 2-3 gladiators are usually doomed to be sold/retired-when-possible anyway.
