Bug with BGP

Season 2 was still using Season 1's formula for awarding BGP and as a result everyone had an incorrect number of BGP awarded to them. I've gone back and manually fixed everyone up so if you see that your BGP total has changed that is the reason. Sorry for the inconvenience.
