No luck with new gladiator

Well i retired my gladiator 15 days ago and wanted to get new from "very best stock " and till now i didnt get a single gladiator worth more than 1070 gold and i used 35 tokens + 15 days = more than 50 trys. Whats up with this? What do i need to do to get good gladiator since i play this game for more than 6 month and i didnt see a single gladiator worth more than 1k gold till i retired 1 and now i cant get any worth more thna 1.1k.

they're pretty rare. you only see a couple (if that) every 100 trys or so.

As apoc said theyre pretty rare especially the 1130+ gold ones (Although if you manage to get one of those theyre beasts most of the time)
I've spend way to much just cycling through glads my most expensive one on cycling was Gurren Lagann which must've cost me atleast 500+ trophies to find him. (Found 1 perfect for my def theatrics build but skipped over it by accident :()
The 1080+ ones can be good if their stats are right though besides all of them are better than any "normal" glad anyway so saying they aren't good gladiaors is a bit mean :D

My normal gladiators I have in the slave market are usually around +950 but below 1000 I find myself extremely luckily seeing I can get these slaves almost every day and I haven't tried retiring one yet and seeing what I get
