Gladiator titles

One of my gladiators has two new titles under her name: "The Butcher" and "The Unforgiving". What do they mean and what did she do to get them? Sounds like a BAMF title. Just wondering.

If you look at your achievements, the ones that grant a title have a line at the bottom that says "Reward Title: "The Butcher"" or whatever it is.
