Healing serious injuries achievements

Noticed the achievements for healing Serious Injuries is not counting when the injury is healed by doctor or by auto-healing. Not sure if this is intended to work like this.

noticed that too. would be handy actually. I want more achievents :3

Thanks for the help. Auto healing should still award progress on achievements but not the doctor. I'll upload a fix soon.
