problem with paypal

havent played ina while so i decided to get back in, tried to add some trophies on my guy, first time worked fine then i try to add some more again and im getting this error "Return to merchant and try a different payment method" i kno my paypal is verified and good so i dont understand whats happening

Not sure what the issue might be, possibly something on PayPal's side, were you able to try again and resolve it?
