Warrior dead

I'm playing my guy Itsmyturn. When I first log in I always check to make sure that my warriors are alive, not injured. This guy was not. I start doing my dailies then my arena fights. I win a couple arena fights in a row then all of a sudden I notice I am suffering from death sickness. I would like to know how is this possible? I did not die in the arena.

You either died in the arena or an arena challenge. Do you have the scribe upgrade? If not, then it is possible the fight you died in is no longer in your fight history. If you are certain it wasn't either of those two you can try and message Nate.
