A question of Initiative?

My question, how did Gator swing before Olga?
Olga was on AL10, and has 10 ranks in armor movement.

Gator has 3 str advantage to initiative for armor movement.
But is carrying 1.8 more weight, is 9 sizes smaller than Olga(which factors into armor movement), and a Trug.

So is just a 3 str advantage enough to offset a racial penalty and allow Gator to swing first? I would have thought a racial initiative penalty would be bigger than this, or is it not working correctly?

Ok, just matched Gator with Olga again today.
Both glads still the exact same, this time Olga went first.

Interesting thread. I also would have thought the racial mod would trump. I assume that there is actually a roll of the die and then mods applied to the roll based upon your above.

please fight a few more times and let us know who swung first!
