It is know that specific weapons work better in certain situations and builds as well as tactic.
However, I am seeing more and more the devastating ability of those glads that carry a Francisca, a slighter version of the ax.. Not an overly fast weapon or even heavy damaging weapon, compared to the club or cudgel and hammer which is both faster and more damaging. This said, both using this weapon and fighting against it, this thing is a demon. It really juices up the initiative and agility of a glad. Again, not a devastating powerful weapon but it sure does allow for a free swinger to really let the steel fly.
Anyone else notice this weapon giving substantial gains?

My dual wield Axe/Mace glads tend to mostly do well except when they go up against a War or Rage wielding a 2-handed weapon. Things go fine until a 1000+ point hit puts me down for the count.
