Why my glad fumbles???

LANAYA pelts around as if on fire.
LANAYA nearly hits herself with her FIENDISH BATTLE FLAIL.
LANAYA fumbles about with her weapon!

Why does this happen and how to change it?

Biggest reason that does it is you have your activity level too high for your weapon skill.

For example if your 2 handed weapon skill is 3 and your activity level is 10 you will fumble a lot.
If your 2 handed weapons skill is 10 and your activity level is 10 you will fumble much much less then when it was 3, if ever.
