How i should arm my Rage?

I got a female Rage Glad and i was wondering what weapon she should use, im building her towards 2h weapons (like everyone else do) but what if i deside to use a sword or Axe/Club, is she going to be as effective?
I ask because she have lost recently to dual weapon glads as they are faster, it may be just luck or maybe im building her wrong.
Any suggestions?

2H styles are rather lacking compared to DW.

I'd suggest going down the DW path. much higher damage output from 2 weapons, and less issues if you miss a swing

But double weapon ragers can't brag in the big hits thread about their one massive swing...:p
