Do i get more gold when my glad lvls up

my question is do i get more gold from fights at higher lvls?

Also do i get more fight tokens if i have several gladiators?

Yes, you'll get more gold per fight as your glad levels up. Fight tokens are individual to the glad and can be earned by random arena drops, for kills, with trophies and by waiting.
