amazing agility but low strength have me thinking dw rage... the chi is horrible, which also makes me think I should just stick with what I've got and keep looking for something better

91 agility is exceptional, I wouldn't pass on it... A War or Theatrics wielding dual-blades or Dual Exotic seems the more fitting, as those weapons are the ones who benefits the more from high agility...
